OPADIS is led by Mr. Ehsan Sadeghi Ghasemabad (CEO/Founder), with support from Mrs. Mozhgan Emtyazjoo (biologist and scientific consultant), and Mr. Seyed Zabihollah AghamirAbdollah (laboratory assistant). Together, they bring expertise in treatment system design, biological research, laboratory analysis, and personalized cancer care.

OPADIS specializes in personalized chemotherapy for cancer treatment. While our method can be applied to various types of cancer, we focus specifically on breast cancer. By utilizing real-time tumor imaging and advanced AI, we optimize drug dosages for better outcomes, minimizing side effects and enhancing the treatment process.

Treatment Process:

OPADIS’s chemotherapy control system delivers personalized drug injections using real-time tumor imaging. The amount of drug injected is tailored based on factors like tumor size, spread (metastasis), and patient condition. This minimizes side effects and ensures optimal drug dosage, which helps eliminate cancer more effectively.

Traditional chemotherapy has three main risks:

  1. Overdose: If the drug dose is too high, it can cause toxicity, leading to severe side effects like heart problems.
  2. Underdose: If the drug dose is too low, cancer cells may develop resistance to the drug, reducing treatment effectiveness.
  3. Inefficiency: If the drug dose is at a borderline level, treatment may take longer, resulting in unnecessary costs and harm to the patient.

OPADIS uses an adaptive optimal control system to determine the ideal drug dosage in real-time, based on factors like tumor volume and metastasis. This personalized approach ensures the minimum necessary dosage is used to achieve effective treatment, minimizing both risks and costs.

Innovation and Technology

OPADIS uses advanced AI technology for tumor modeling and chemotherapy optimization. Our AI algorithms analyze real-time tumor imaging to predict tumor growth, estimate tumor volume, and develop personalized drug injection plans. This helps ensure that patients receive the right amount of medication at the right time.

A thermal camera is used to measure the size of the tumor and estimate the extent of metastasis. This non-invasive technology does not pose any risk to the patient’s body. The data collected helps us determine the optimal drug dosage for personalized chemotherapy treatment.
